Seneschal Depositary Services

Seneschal Depositary Services (UK) Limited is approved and regulated by the FCA to act as an independent depositary and provide related services for AIFMs, specifically for Private Equity, Real Estate and related fund structures.

We offer depositary services either as part of a wider suite of fund administration services, or on a standalone basis, seamlessly integrating with our clients’ in-house fund administration teams or existing service providers. Our depositary services are provided by a separate entity, independent from the fund administration team within our Group.

Oversight and Compliance

We monitor and review valuation, transaction statements, and also drawdown & distribution processes. We also conduct operational due diligence including verification of the AIFs assets.

Risk Management

We offer continuous oversight & risk assessment.

Governance and Reporting

We include regular reporting, including AIFMD Annex IV reporting and ensure adherence to internal and external audit standards.

Cash Flow Monitoring

We oversee fund-level cash movements.
